By installing or using EasyPrint Live ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EasyPrint Live is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. By starting a free trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method after the 7-day trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EasyPrint Live for your personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
You agree not to use EasyPrint Live to:
EasyPrint Live currently supports Whatnot. Additional platforms (TikTok Live, eBay Live, Poshmark) are listed as "coming soon" and are included in the Pro plan when released. We do not guarantee specific release dates for additional platform support.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or disruption to your business operations caused by the Service or third-party dependencies (including QZ Tray, Whatnot, or your label printer).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyPrint Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed sales, or shipping errors.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
